New Developments
Each year Treble Cone continues to invest in upgrading its extensive snow making system. This year the purchase of new state of the art snow guns will see a significant increase in our snow making capabilities, ensuring a good coverage on Home Basin's main runs.
An exciting development for first time snowboarders coming to Treble Cone this season is the introduction of the Burton Learn to Ride programme. The programme which uses equipment specially designed for first time riders, a set lesson structure and limited class sizes has been tired and proven around the world promising great results for first time boarders.
Superb facilities
The recently renovated café and bar facility serves superb kiwi style cuisine, excellent expresso, plus local beer and wine. You can sprawl out on to the large sundeck and be entertained by the majestic slopes & views surrounding you. Sightseers will also be entertained soaking up the alpine atmosphere.
Facilities also include a fully equiped Ski & Board Rental Store, Ski & Snowboard School, Medical centre, Childcare centre, Retail shop, and mountain workshop & tuning services.
Getting here is easy
Treble Cone is situated south west of Lake Wanaka. It's only a 35 minute drive from Wanaka township and a 90 min scenic drive from Queenstown. Daily shuttle services operate from both towns. |
